WE WILL REPLACE THE LEAD GENERATION
IF
• In case client gets the wrong address or wrong contact details
• In case client gets the wrong phone numbers.
• If lead goes outside the criteria, which is given by the leads buyer
• In case borrower is not interested to speak with the client regarding loan.
• In case specified borrower not lives there.
• If the applicant is not the Homeowner
• In case client gets a duplicate lead (But lead should not be older more than 60 days) from our side.
WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE LEADS IF
• In case clients change the criteria without any prior notice to us. We are more than willing to change any criteria, but need 3 business days notice for any/all changes
• In case if client return the lead after 24 hours, then we will not be able to replace that lead.
• If borrowers change his/her mind regarding the loan/mortgage.
